Cancellation & rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session.

Tickets can be transferred to a future date, provided you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and can be done once per booking.

To cancel or reschedule, email us at contact@omiralx.com with your booking reference.

Production & collection

Once you’ve sculpted your wax piece during the workshop, it is sent to our partner atelier to be cast in silver or brass. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your piece to be ready.

OMIRA is not responsible for delays caused by our casting partner. We will notify you by email as soon as your piece is ready for collection.

Pieces not collected within 6 months of the ready notification will be considered abandoned. OMIRA reserves the right to donate or repurpose uncollected pieces after this period.

Photos & image rights

OMIRA occasionally photographs and films our workshops to document the experience and share it through our website, social media, and other communication channels.

If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know before or at the start of your session — by email at contact@omiralx.com or by speaking to your host on the day. We will make sure to respect your preference.

We will never sell your image to third parties or use it in any context unrelated to OMIRA.

Who can participate

OMIRA workshops are open to participants aged 18 and over. Exceptions for younger participants may be considered for private events — please reach out to discuss.

Participants work with tools and materials at their own risk. OMIRA provides guidance throughout the session, but cannot be held responsible for minor incidents resulting from the use of wax, sculpting tools, or workshop materials.

Please inform us of any relevant allergies before attending, particularly to metals. Our standard materials are sterling silver and brass.

OMIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during events.

Tickets & casting fees

Your workshop ticket covers participation in the session and the creation of one wax sculpture. The casting fee — to transform your piece into silver or brass — is a separate cost, invoiced after the session based on the weight and material of your piece.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. They can be used toward workshop tickets and casting fees.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable to third parties. They may be moved to a future date by the original buyer, in accordance with our cancellation policy above.

Your data

When you book a session, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to confirm your booking, send production status updates, and — with your consent — occasional news from OMIRA.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required for production coordination.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@omiralx.com. We comply with applicable European data protection regulations (GDPR).
